Pressure washing is a must before doing any Exterior no matter what the project is. Pressure washing removes algae, mold, mildew, dirt and any other debris to prepare the surface for new paint or stain.

We Caulk all the seams in the Siding and on the Trim. This helps weather proof your house and prevents leaks in siding that could lead to rotting.

We will protect outside surroundings using plastic and drop clothes. We protect plants and flowers, deck, patios, concrete, furniture and any other personal belongings, etc.

We sand peeling and scrape any peeling paint, cracks and holes filled.

We use primer on newly painted surfaces.

We use a combination of methods of painting just depending on the project its self. We use brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.

We have some really great products that we use and recommend and as always will help educate you as a customer of the pros and cons of different products.

There are 3 different kinds of stains and a quick guide as to there appearance and how long each stain lasts for:

• Transparent Stain – stains that are clear and should be reapplied yearly for maximum protection
• Semi-transparent Stain- have some color and you can still enjoy the wood grain along with some color. This protection lasts for about 3-5 years
• Solid Stains- are solid and give you the most protection. They give you the highest warranty being about 5-8 years.

Our first step is to pressure wash the deck or fence. This gets rid of all the dirt, mud, grime, mold, mildew algae and any other debris to ensure the deck and fence are clean before apply stain.

Once the deck is completely dry then we can start the staining process.

As with all our other outdoor projects we offer a 1 year warranty these projects as well.

Decorative Concrete 

We have great products that we have used to to put around pool patios. These are sharp looking and also have a grit so you don’t slip and fall.

They are chemical resistant and also keep the concrete from getting hot on your feet. It actually absorbs the heat.
