Here is a paint job that turned out to be a total success for us again. We painted the walls with the school colors which were purple and gold. We prepped and put an epoxy flooring system on the floors. We ordered custom flakes to make the floor stand out. We top coated it with a nice glossy finish. This house did have a few challenges. Two roofs had facial boards and siding that had to be painted and ladders had to go on the roofs. So as usual when we have a project like this we break out the equipment and use safety equipment and make our own set ups with roofing equipment and ladders. This house was painted in Early ’16. This job turned out extremely Nice and had a dramatic overhaul on in once it was finished. This challenge with this job was the weather. The rain slowed us down tremendously. And if it wasn’t the rain it was just too cold to be painting. Another challenge we had was a very tricky roof work that had to be done. It was a challenge and safety was very important. Tie downs and the proper equipment was a must. This job was a success and a month later we came back and stained the deck. We started out by pressure washing the roof on the exterior of this house. We used the appropriate chemical and rinsed it on low pressure. Restore this roof from looking aged to being rejuvenated. Here is a building that was tagged with Graffiti. We were called to fix the problem. We actually used a special chemical to help remove the graffiti as we were pressure washing the building.
